So... I addressed City Council about the resolution to use all "legal" means of enforcement to prohibit any future shutdowns of the Port of Oakland. Now, although at first glance one might be inclined to feel as if this is a legitimate law, with just a little more analysis one can see that this has the potential to blatantly encroach on Constitutional rights.
